Personal Assistant to Owner / Operating Manager Brandon, FL (On-Site)

$55,000 – $70,000 (Negotiable)

About The Opportunity Our client is a well-established real estate management firm that oversees residential properties and supports day-to-day operations for property owners and tenants. They are known for maintaining high standards across their portfolio and providing hands‑on, responsive management.

Position Overview We are seeking a reliable, organized, and professional Personal Assistant to support the Owner / Operating Manager in both personal and administrative capacities. This role is highly dynamic and requires someone who can anticipate needs, stay ahead of tasks, and help keep daily operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day‑to‑day personal and administrative support to the Owner

Run local errands including Home Depot, post office, dry cleaning, and vendor visits

Assist with light administrative tasks such as sending emails and responding to messages

Manage communications on behalf of the Owner when needed, including while traveling between locations

Coordinate and oversee household services such as cleaning schedules and vendor appointments

Travel locally to job sites and properties as needed

Help maintain organization, scheduling, and overall daily efficiency

Qualifications

Prior experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role preferred

Strong organizational and time‑management skills

Professional demeanor with strong communication skills (written and verbal)

High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information

Comfortable working in and around a private residence

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

Work Environment & Expectations

Primarily based at the Owner’s residence with frequent local travel

Business casual to professional appearance required

No heavy physical labor involved

Must be flexible, responsive, and adaptable to changing daily priorities

Compensation & Benefits

$55,000 – $70,000 base salary (negotiable based on experience)
