Residential Electrical Estimator

Job Description Job Description Brothers Inc. is a well-established regional electrical contractor serving Southeast Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey, and Delaware. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Residential Electrical Estimator to join our team and play a key role in securing profitable single- and multi-family residential projects. Key Responsibilities - Review plans, specs, and site conditions to produce takeoffs and cost estimates - Prepare detailed labor, material, and equipment cost breakdowns - Create competitive, accurate bids and proposals - Coordinate with project managers, suppliers, and subcontractors to confirm pricing and lead times - Maintain estimate files, scope clarifications, and historical cost data - Support value engineering and change order pricing Required Qualifications - 2 years estimating experience in residential electrical construction (or strong electrical field background with estimating exposure) - Proficiency with takeoff/estimating tools (e.g., Winest, Excel) willing to train on company software - Strong understanding of residential electrical systems, labor productivity, and basic code requirements - Excellent attention to detail, math skills, and written communication - Ability to manage multiple bids and meet deadlines Compensation & Benefits - Salary: $60,000- $65,000 annually - Performance-based bonuses - Health insurance, paid time off, and 401(k) match - Ongoing training and opportunities for advancement - Supportive, team-oriented work environment
