What You’ll Do

Strategy & Planning:

Define and execute a comprehensive global events roadmap that supports ALM’s growth objectives, brand awareness, thought leadership, and lead generation targets. End-to-End Execution:

Lead all phases of event management, including event selection, contract negotiation, vendor management, booth design, logistics, pre-event marketing, on-site execution, and post-event communications and analysis. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Act as the central hub for ALM events, coordinating across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Operations to ensure messaging is aligned and stakeholders are prepared. Budget Management:

Own the global events budget, ensuring every dollar is optimized for maximum ROI and reporting regularly on spend and performance. Communications:

Craft compelling event-related content, including internal briefings, promotional emails, and pre/post-show communications for attendees and staff. Lead Management:

Partner with Demand Generation teams to ensure seamless lead flow from the event floor into our CRM (Salesforce). What You’ll Bring

Experience:

2+ years of experience in corporate event management, preferably within a global B2B or technology environment. Project Management Mastery:

Exceptional organizational skills, excelling in attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple complex timelines simultaneously. Communication Skills:

Professional-grade written and verbal communication to engage internal stakeholders as well as customers. Independence:

You are a self-starter who thrives in an environment where you "own" the function without requiring a team of direct reports. Global Mindset:

Experience navigating international shipping, customs, and cultural nuances of global event execution, with the support of vetted partners. Travel:

Ability to travel 30–35%, including domestic and international trips. Time Zone Flexibility:

Flexibility to work across various time zones as needed for global event coordination. Education:

Reasonably expected salary range: $75,300.00 - $94,100.00 Please note that an employee's starting salary may vary based on a variety of factors. Where State, Municipal, Provincial, Territorial or other legal minimum wages exceed the federal minimum wage, employees are entitled to the higher rate.
