Respond to Internet customers’ inquiries and ensure that the dealership actualizes its maximum profit potential on BDC / Internet sales. Generate appointments by means of outbound prospecting and lead activity management. Respond to email inquiries in an expeditious, professional, well-spoken manner. Assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection. Be consistent daily in all follow up via phone, text and email. Stay in contact with consultants through cooperative actions and connect customers proactively. Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ethical, loyal, honest, and astute character. Winning personality. Positive attitude and energy. Organized and flexible. Superior communication and customer service skills are required. Ability to hit sales quotas and closing percentages. Must be a motivated and goal-driven candidate who will make an immediate impact and help us to continue to grow. Need to strive for the best. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident. Pre‑employment background checks are required, including MVR, and drug screening. EEO Statement
