We are in search of an Event Sales Director with a minimum of 3 years leading other managers, building a successful catering/hospitality department.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of managers within the catering/hospitality department.
- Build, scale, and guide operations to meet revenue, client satisfaction, and service quality goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience leading other managers in hospitality, catering, or related fields.
- Proven ability to establish and grow a catering/hospitality department.
Base pay range
$85,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr
