About the Opportunity
A well-established, high-growth Quick Service Restaurant franchise group is seeking a results-driven Area Supervisor to lead a portfolio of 7-9 drive-thru focused restaurants . This is a key leadership role responsible for operational execution, financial performance, and team development across multiple high-volume locations.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop General Managers across 7-9 restaurant locations
- Drive top-line sales and bottom-line profitability across the market
- Ensure excellence in drive-thru operations (speed, accuracy, guest satisfaction)
- Maintain strict adherence to brand standards, food safety, and operational compliance
- Analyze P&L performance and implement strategies to improve margins and control costs
- Build strong teams through recruiting, training, and retention initiatives for team and managers
- Create a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement
- Partner with senior leadership on operational and strategic initiatives
What We Require (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a District Manager (or equivalent multi-unit role) within QSR
- Experience with a large franchise organization is REQUIRED
- Proven success overseeing multiple high-volume, drive-thru restaurants
- Strong financial acumen with multi-unit P&L responsibility
- Demonstrated ability to build, coach, and retain high-performing teams
- Hands-on leadership style with a passion for operations
