Director / Vice President of Asset Management

• The Director / Vice President of Asset Management will be responsible for driving portfolio performance across a large, national footprint of manufactured housing communities. This is a highly visible, cross-functional position that sits at the intersection of asset management, procurement, and investment strategy.
• The individual will work closely with operations, analytics, and senior leadership teams to optimize asset‑level performance, guide capital allocation decisions, and support the continued growth of the platform. The role also includes oversight of the procurement function and direct involvement in investment and leasing decisions through committee participation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead asset management strategy across a national portfolio, driving NOI growth through rent optimization, occupancy management, and execution of business plans.
• Partner closely with field operations teams to enhance property‑level performance and ensure alignment between strategy and execution.
• Oversee asset‑level KPIs, performance tracking, and reporting, identifying opportunities to improve revenue and operational efficiency.
• Manage and develop procurement strategy, including vendor sourcing, contract negotiation, and cost optimization across capital projects and operations.
• Identify and execute value creation initiatives, including capital deployment, repositioning strategies, and operational improvements.
• Support acquisitions underwriting and market analysis, contributing to investment decisions and portfolio strategy.
• Participate in investment and lease committee discussions, helping guide capital allocation, pricing, and operational decisions.
• Collaborate with data and analytics teams to translate insights into actionable operating strategies.
• Lead and mentor a growing asset management team, fostering a high‑performance, accountable culture.
• Partner with senior leadership on long‑term portfolio strategy, capital planning, and growth initiatives.
