Our Customer is a midsize software product and solution company headquartered in the USA. We are looking for a Director/VP Sales with AI-powered FinTech experience for the USA.

Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned, strategic, and results‑driven Sales Director to lead our enterprise sales efforts in the USA. You will be responsible for selling advanced AI/ML‑driven fintech solutions—including credit underwriting, early warning systems, fraud prevention, and AI‑enabled SaaS—to banks, NBFCs, and large digital lenders.

Minimum 15‑20 years of experience, US citizenship, and authorization to work in the USA for an indefinite period are required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue Generation & Strategy: Own and exceed quarterly/annual enterprise sales targets, crafting go‑to‑market strategies for AI‑driven products in the US BFSI sector.
  • CXO‑Level Networking: Leverage existing relationships with CFOs, CROs, and heads of lending to secure partnerships and high‑value deals.
  • Consultative Sales: Translate complex AI/ML capabilities into clear, measurable ROI (e.g., increased underwriting efficiency, fraud reduction) for prospects.
  • Full Cycle Management: Lead end‑to‑end sales cycles—from lead generation and solution tailoring to Proof of Concept (PoC) management, commercial negotiation, and closure.
  • Cross‑Functional Leadership: Work closely with product, pre‑sales, and technical teams to align client requirements with AI product capabilities.
  • Market Intelligence: Provide feedback on competitive activity and regulatory changes to refine sales messaging.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • 8–15+ years of B2B technology sales experience, with a minimum of 3‑5 years specifically selling to the BFSI segment (banks/NBFCs) in the USA.
  • Domain Expertise: Proven track record in selling Enterprise SaaS, Lending Tech, Risk‑Tech, or AI‑powered solutions.
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or Engineering.
  • Skills: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills.
