Sales Director

We are seeking a dynamic and highly experienced Director of Enterprise Sales to lead our Enterprise and Data Center sales strategy across the U.S. and Europe. This is a high-impact leadership role for a results-driven sales executive with deep expertise in the NAND storage and semiconductor ecosystem .

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies, including revenue targets, pricing models, and go-to-market plans
- Drive revenue growth and expand market share within Enterprise and Hyperscale ecosystems
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances
- Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with key customers and partners
- Align customer needs with product roadmaps and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics to refine sales strategies
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, engineering, and business development teams
Qualifications
- 10+ years of Sales Management experience in Enterprise/Data Center environments
- Proven success in sales/business development within NAND memory and storage solutions (controllers, SSDs)
- Strong understanding of semiconductor, storage technologies, and market ecosystemDemonstrated leadership experience in senior sales roles
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with a strong results-driven mindset
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
