We are seeking a talented and dynamic Video Production Specialist to join the Social Content team. As a Video Production Specialist, you will conceptualize, develop, and execute engaging content across social media platforms for our brands, capturing attention, fostering brand loyalty, and driving growth. Responsibilities Ideate, create, and curate captivating content—including videos, photographs, graphics, GIFs, and infographics—to resonate with our audience while coordinating with art directors and designers to ensure brand consistency. Collaborate with Social Media Specialists and marketing teams to develop content strategies aligned with brand identity, target audience, and marketing objectives. Stay up to date on social media trends, viral content, and creative concepts to incorporate into the content strategy for maximum reach. Identify and collaborate with relevant creators, models, and influencers to develop and capture social media content. Work cross‑functionally with brand, creative, and digital teams to ensure content aligns with overall marketing strategy and supports sales efforts. Qualifications Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator, Videographer, Photographer, or related role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a deep understanding of social media language, trends, and culture. Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and more. A keen eye for design aesthetics and the ability to create visually compelling content. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Passion for social media and staying up to date with the latest trends and platform updates. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field (preferred but not mandatory). Portfolio or links to your work.
