Molimenti Hair is hiring: Content & Growth Creator in Brockport

Molimenti Hair – Stockholm / Hybrid Molimenti Hair is one of the fastest-growing beauty brands in the Nordics, recently nominated for Swedish Beauty Awards 2026 . We are now entering an international expansion phase, with content as our primary growth engine. This is not a typical content role. We are looking for someone who can create, test, and scale content that drives both brand and sales globally. You will be a key part of building Molimenti internationally through content. You will: Create and publish daily content for TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest Be on camera and represent the brand (English required) Edit both high-performing ad creatives and brand content Test hooks, formats, and concepts continuously Analyze performance and iterate fast Work closely with our Brand & Creative Lead You will also contribute to: Creating visually strong content for social (e.g. carousels) Supporting content for email marketing campaigns We’re looking for someone who: Has at least 2 years of experience being on camera Is confident, natural, and highly comfortable in front of the camera Is strong in video editing (both ads and organic content) Has a clear understanding of what makes content convert Has a strong visual eye and understands premium branding Is used to producing content daily, not weekly Thinks independently and takes initiative Thrives in a fast-paced environment with high expectations Is strong in graphic content (e.g. carousels, social layouts) Has experience with email marketing content You speak fluent English and are fully comfortable using it in all content. You will be on camera. Your content will be judged by performance. You are expected to test, improve, and deliver consistently. We are not looking for someone who wants direction on every step.
