Your Impact
Work with the senior marketing manager to develop programs and initiatives that target brand and product growth (margin and market share) in areas of opportunity.
The Marketing Manager is responsible for tactical and strategic marketing activities including, but not limited to, the following:
Price realization, Campaign development & monitoring
New product introduction launch activities (12-18 mos from launch)
Retail & billing objectives setting and tracking.
Your Experience And Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business-related field with 8+ years’ post-collegiate experience in sales, marketing, and/or product management.
5+ years of experience promoting products while developing and executing sales plans, product launches, and marketing plans.
Technical or mechanical background, with at least one year of experience in agricultural equipment, specifically understanding the functionality of Commercial and Conventional hay equipment.
Nice to have: Proficient with Microsoft Power Point, Microsoft Excel including creating and giving presentations thus showing verbal and written communication skills to articulate AGCO’s strategies and tactics
An understanding of promotional techniques and supplier or dealer operations with Agronomy background or certification & Project management experience. Technically proficient in operating Hay equipment in the field.
