Franchise Software Account Executive

Responsibilities Contacts assigned franchise leads to secure new SaaS clients by utilizing established sales processes, including providing sound recommendations through a consultative approach.
Recommend solutions that address the client’s needs.
Establishes and maintains strong working relationships with key stakeholders within the franchises.
Meets and exceeds sales quotas by driving brand awareness and lead generation via Franchisee referrals, tradeshows, associations, creating and leading webinars and formal presentations, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Executes all defined operational processes and requirements with excellence (i.e., designed cadences for client and prospect engagement, ongoing product and demo certifications, order entry requirements, centralized intake forms, etc.).
Participates in sales meetings, call calibrations, and training as needed.
Travel between 50-75% of the time

Comfortable working in a remote capacity: Hi-Speed internet, acceptable office setting and proper business attire is a must.
Must have a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance where driving is an essential part of job duties. Reasonable accommodations will be considered in accordance with applicable laws.
Basic Qualifications 3+ years of experience in outbound sales required (preferably in a SaaS role or company)
4+ years of related experience required (7+ years preferred)
Manage and grow customer accounts by building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering strategic solutions that drive retention and revenue expansion.
Industry knowledge with the ability to gain a thorough understanding of the Thryv product suite
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong emotional intelligence, adaptability, and the ability to build relationships.
Time and organization skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities with competing schedules or conflicting demands
Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment, effectively conducting sales presentations while following company established processes and procedures
Strong technical skills with proficiency in MS office and the ability to learn new programs and systems
Associate’s degree (or international equivalent) or equivalent experience required
