Director of Communications & External Relations

Director, Communications & External Relations College of Architecture, Design and Construction – Auburn University We are seeking a strategic communications leader to help shape the next chapter of the CADC. The CADC is advancing an ambitious institutional repositioning. Over the next five years, the college will lead a capital campaign, plan and fundraise for a new research and teaching facility, commission a comprehensive identity strategy, develop a new college‑wide website, and launch a publication platform to circulate and amplify faculty and student work nationally and internationally. The Director will play a central role in shaping and communicating this next chapter. This position leads a dedicated communications team within the college and works directly with the Dean. The Director serves as a strategic partner and member of the college’s leadership circle, guiding a cohesive communications vision aligned with long‑term academic and philanthropic priorities.
