A global leader in advanced medical robotics and energy‑based therapies is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Events to own the strategy and execution of high‑impact events across major medical congresses, trade shows, workshops, and internal meetings.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast‑paced environments, loves building exceptional event experiences, and understands how events drive commercial growth in MedTech.
What You’ll Do
Lead the annual event strategy and calendar across national and regional medical conferences.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Clinical, and Executive teams to deliver impactful customer‑facing events.
Oversee budgets, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Track event performance, measure ROI, and drive continuous improvement.
What You Bring
5+ years managing events in MedTech, medical devices, life sciences, or healthcare.
Experience running large trade shows and complex, multi‑stakeholder events.
Strong project management, organisation, and vendor‑negotiation skills.
Ability to juggle multiple deadlines with precision and calm.
Creative mindset with a commercial understanding of how events support pipeline growth.
Proficiency with project management tools and comfort with AV/event tech.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
