Position Overview
OptiGrid is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to own and execute digital marketing campaigns across paid social, email, and organic social. The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, comfortable digging into performance data and crafting content that drives results.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns on Meta and LinkedIn, including audience targeting, budget management, and A/B testing
Develop and execute the email marketing strategy—newsletters, nurture sequences, and promotional campaigns—using our marketing automation platform
Manage organic social media presence, creating content that builds brand awareness and engages our audience
Update and maintain website content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with campaigns
Set up tracking, monitor performance, and deliver regular reports with actionable insights across all channels
Maintain email list health and ensure compliance
Collaborate with the marketing manager and external contractors to align campaigns with broader marketing goals
Qualifications
1-3 years of experience managing paid social campaigns and email marketing programs
Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and email/marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp, or similar)
Strong analytical skills and experience with audience segmentation, retargeting, and performance optimization
Excellent copywriting skills for ads and email
Preferred Skills
Experience with marketing automation or CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Monday, Trello)
Familiarity with creative tools (Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)
Background in B2B marketing, particularly in technology or energy sectors
Knowledge of EV charging, fleet operations, or clean energy industries
