Role Overview We’re looking for motivated, early-career professionals to join our team as Business Development Representatives in freight brokerage sales.
This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role where you’ll learn sales, logistics, and supply chain operations while building your own book of business from the ground up.

What You’ll Do Prospect and develop new business through outbound outreach
Build and maintain relationships with shippers and carriers
Negotiate pricing and secure freight shipments
Manage shipments from pickup to delivery
Communicate with customers and carriers to ensure smooth execution
Solve real‑time logistics challenges
Maintain accurate CRM records and track activity
