Yes Pay Rate: $60.00-$75.00/hour Our client is seeking an experienced end‑to‑end lifecycle marketer, with a passion for growing consumer payments businesses. The Lifecycle Marketing Strategist will work with a wide variety of functional teams across the company, including central marketing, engineering, product, data analytics, design, and business. You will be responsible for creating programs that connect with customers in a privacy‑friendly way to drive sign‑ups and engagement, ensuring they are getting the most out of their payments products. Description Responsibilities include developing and optimizing acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies for a payments business. The person in this role will optimize programs through A/B testing, develop strategic recommendations based on data‑driven insights, and flawlessly execute channel strategies for email, in‑app, and push notifications. Build cross‑functional relationships and plans to improve performance against meaningful metrics, with a focus on experimentation and optimization. Collaborate with a broad range of teams in different time zones, including business, product, engineering, analytics and design teams. Develop a process of continuous improvement, where the results of this work are analyzed and insights are fed back into the plans. Define customer journeys, value propositions and service educational messaging. Submit and maintain operational briefs to ensure flawless execution of campaigns. Develop and optimize acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies for a consumer payments product. Optimize programs through A/B testing and developing strategic recommendations based on data. Minimum Qualifications 7+ years experience leading lifecycle marketing programs, ideally for a consumer payments business with demonstrated success achieving growth goals of user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Experience testing and optimizing marketing channels, including push notification, email, and in‑app messaging marketing tactics. Strong project management capability with exceptional attention to detail. Possess deep understanding of A/B testing and data‑driven optimization marketing. Shown ability to meet deadlines and get consensus while balancing many projects and priorities. Track record of success in developing and optimizing marketing strategies and programs that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Demonstrated ability to solve analytical problems using data. Preferred Qualifications Thorough understanding of integrating product, design, business, marketing, engineering, and stakeholder teams to clarify program goals, strategy, and execution. Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate a strong point of view clearly and succinctly to both senior executives and colleagues. Exceptional relationship‑building and interpersonal skills; ability to develop strong working partnerships. Ability to work collaboratively under pressure, with proven experience working on complex, international, large‑scale, time‑critical projects. Outstanding cross‑functional team working skills with an ability to collaborate closely with other teams to solve problems and implement programs that achieve core business objectives.
