Overview
A leading financial services company is seeking an experienced Account Manager with agency side campaign expertise to support their marketing and client engagement efforts. This temporary remote role involves managing client relationships, coordinating campaign activities, and ensuring the successful execution of integrated marketing initiatives for small business clients.

Responsibilities

Contract to Nov '26 + extend + possible contract to hire

Onsite 3 days per week (2 days remote)

Ad agency experience must have

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal creative teams and external agencies to support paid advertising campaign development, content creation, and media placement.

Understanding 360 marketing objectives and delivering tailored campaign strategies.

Manage the entire execution process from briefing to creative development and production, ensuring all steps are aligned with project timelines, providing regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.

Coordinate cross-functional teams, legal / compliance reviewers, and media partners to facilitate smooth project progression and timely delivery.

Monitor and update project timelines, facilitate reviews, and gather recap notes to ensure continuous communication and alignment.

Oversee asset trafficking, check creative assets for quality and compliance, and ensure all deliverables meet project standards and deadlines.

Account Manager Qualifications

5+ years of experience in agency side account management, marketing, or campaign coordination, preferably within the financial services sector.

Strong project management

Proven track record managing multiple campaigns simultaneously, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Hands-on experience with paid digital media, social media, content marketing, and multimedia production.

Ability to build strong client relationships, understand client needs, and deliver exceptional service.

Solutions-oriented with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
