Position Overview
Outlaw Partners is seeking a Content & Social Manager to lead day-to-day content creation and social media execution across multiple brands and channels. This is a hands‑on role focused on producing high-quality content, managing publishing workflows, and supporting strategic growth across organic social. You will manage social presence for 4–5 brands, including Outlaw Partners, Big Sky PBR, Wildlands Festival, and additional media and experiential properties. This role blends content production, channel management, and performance tracking, with opportunities to shape strategy over time.
What You’ll Do
Create, manage, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok
Own day‑to‑day execution of social media across multiple brands and accounts
Capture and produce photo and video content, including short‑form (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) and longer‑form video
Design graphics and visual assets for digital distribution
Write captions and maintain distinct brand voice across each property
Build and manage content calendars across multiple channels
Cover live events with real‑time content capture and publishing
Develop and manage influencer and creator partnerships to expand reach and engagement
Collaborate with internal teams across marketing, events, and editorial
Monitor trends, platform changes, and audience behavior
Performance & Reporting
Track and report on key performance indicators including growth, engagement, reach, and conversions
Provide regular performance summaries and actionable insights
Optimize content based on analytics and platform performance
Support campaign tracking tied to event promotion and ticket sales
Experience in live event media, motion graphics, or analytics
Who You Are
Strong content creator with experience in social media execution across multiple platforms
Skilled in photography, videography, and editing (mobile + desktop workflows)
Proficient in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar
Strong writer with the ability to adapt tone across brands
Highly organized and capable of managing multiple brands and timelines simultaneously
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, event‑driven environment
Available for flexible hours, including nights and weekends during events
Preferred Experience
Experience managing multiple brands or accounts simultaneously
Background in events, media, lifestyle, or outdoor industries
Familiarity with influencer/creator partnerships and outreach
Experience with email marketing (Klaviyo or similar)
Basic motion graphics or advanced video editing skills
Team Structure
