Job Summary
The Marketing Representative is responsible for assisting in planning and execution of marketing and communications plans that effectively and efficiently represent the organization and its various service strategies and objectives. As a Marketing Representative, your objectives will be focused on converting passive internal and external audiences into active consumers of the spectrum of Farhan Siddiqi LLC/s services while maintaining Farhan Siddiqi MD LLC's brand truth and engaging appropriate communication methods to accomplish this. This position serves as the front line representative and liaison of marketing and communications team and provides support for internal and external customers and stakeholders while providing proactive and responsive marketing and communications efforts.

Primary Job Responsibilities

Providing informationregardingour practice,serviceand providers

Building relationships within the communities we serve (physicians, patients, organizations)

Coordinating community events, sponsorship activities, and advertising

Maintaining active, meaningfulrelationships with current referral sources

Maintaining consistent messaging and image

Research toidentifyphysician offices, athletic clubs and organizations, industry and community events which would be potential referral sources.

Assistin the resolution of any issues related to Farhan Siddiqi MD PA clinicsand ourreferralssources.

Coordinate events including meetings, lunches, speaking engagements, and seminars.

Assistin the maintenance of the organization’s website: update pictures, announcements, etc.

Design and implement a weekly plan to market physician offices

Maintain a database of Physician Offices and Media contacts.

Adhere to HIPAA policies and procedures.

Other Job Responsibilities: As needed by Marketing Director.

Additional Requirements

Strong sales/marketing experience in health care, preferably in orthopedic/spinecare.

Ability to travel throughout theTampa Bay and surrounding areas.

Familiarity withlocalcommunitya must.

Excellent communicationskills:written,verbaland public speaking.

Excellent presentation skills and interpersonal skills.

Ability toestablishand maintain effective relationships with people/entities outsidethe organization as well as Farhan Siddiqi MD PAPhysicians and other staff members.

Professional demeanor and ability torepresentthe organization to the public and other external sources.

Excellent computer skills withproficiencyin marketing design software/applications.

Experience

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited universitypreferred but notrequired

1+ years’ experience in sales or marketing role a plus.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Manage stress well, withabilitytomulti taskand ensure projects are running on time.

Very consistent, pleasant, cheerful personality that offices and co-workers will warmup eginably.

Mustbe incredibly punctual. Great attendance,required

Active, valid Driver’s License and state minimum coverage- vehicle insurance,requiredat all times
