Job Summary The Senior Brand Manager is the central liaison for large, top‑tier, and more complex partners, working with CDW stakeholders across the organization—including Sales, Finance, and Marketing. Acting as the channel leader and product expert, the Senior Brand Manager identifies opportunities and develops strategies to increase product sales, drives revenue, profitability and brand awareness, and engages heavily with Sales to provide guidance to respective partners.
What you’ll do Act as the subject‑matter expert on partner product lines and associated programs (e.g., Bid Desk, VIR, COOP, Category Penetration).
Analyze complex industry information to identify opportunities and develop sales‑growth strategies.
Develop and articulate competitive positioning and brand differentiation.
Create marketing plans in conjunction with partners.
Define target customer segments, products, promotions, pricing, positioning, and launch plans with Development and Product Managers.
Educate pre‑sales and Product Specialists on new product introductions, competitive advantages, and sales opportunities.
Understand and communicate partner organizational structure with key decision makers and foster strong executive relationships.
Communicate partner financial conditions and market new products related to the assigned partner.
Maintain daily communication with the assigned partner to keep all CDW and partner stakeholders informed of issues, initiatives, projects, meetings, and conferences.
Manage and maximize overall profitability; develop a strategy for reinvesting funding.
What we expect of you Bachelor’s degree + 4 years sales/marketing experience, OR
8 years’ experience in sales/marketing, OR
4 years CDW PPM experience + 4 years’ experience in sales/marketing.
Preferred skills, experience, and qualities needed Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Marketing.
Previous experience in the technology industry.
Prior experience in Supply Chain, Pricing, Merchandising or Program Management.
Pay Pay range: $89,000 – $126,200 depending on experience and skill set. Annual bonus target of 10% subject to terms and conditions of plan. Benefits overview: https://cdw.benefit-info.com/. Salary ranges may be subject to geographic differentials.
