Role Description The Multimedia Account Executive will work to create and execute impactful marketing solutions for local businesses, helping them achieve their advertising goals through a mix of radio broadcast and digital marketing platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business prospects, building and managing client relationships, developing custom advertising solutions, and achieving revenue targets. The role requires ongoing coordination with the sales and creative teams to deliver effective campaigns. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Wilmington, NC.
Qualifications Sales and account management skills, including lead generation, client prospecting, and relationship building
Digital marketing expertise, such as campaign strategy, programmatic advertising, and advanced targeting techniques
Strong communication and presentation skills for delivering compelling pitches and fostering client relationships
Problem-solving abilities and creativity for creating customized advertising solutions
Proficiency in CRM systems, sales technology, and Microsoft Office Suite
Adept at analyzing campaign performance metrics and providing actionable insights to clients
Team collaboration capabilities, ensuring successful project execution with internal departments
Previous experience in media, advertising, or marketing is preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus
