Project Manager (m/w/d) Retail | POS & Shopper Marketing

1SP Agency What you´ll do You take full ownership of shopper marketing and POS projects—ensuring that ideas turn into real retail experiences. You manage retail and POS projects end-to-end (displays, shop-in-shop systems, store concepts, digital touchpoints) You are responsible for all project phases: → briefing → budget planning → design & production management → logistics & rollout → acceptance & quality assurance You independently manage client relationships and strategically develop projects further You advise on shopper marketing, POS strategies, and the digitalization of touchpoints You coordinate internal teams and external partners—nationally and internationally You ensure that timing, budget, and quality are always on point You proactively contribute new ideas and continuously develop client relationships What you have At least 3 years of experience in project or account management, ideally in a retail / POS / shopper marketing environment You understand how POS measures impact sales Experience with visual merchandising, displays, or store concepts is a plus Strong interest in retail trends and shopping experience Excellent communication skills, with empathy and confidence in working with clients and teams A structured, self-driven, and solution-oriented way of working Digital affinity and interest in new tools and technologies Proven hands‑on experience in leveraging AI as an integral part of your workflow—using it to optimize processes, scale output, and drive measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, and impact within your area of responsibility Willingness to travel (within Germany / occasionally internationally) Very good German and English skills What we offer Projects for leading brands and real retail experiences Flexible working hours & remote work options Modern workplaces & latest tools Employee events, JobRad leasing & health benefits A team that lives what we do: One Shared Passion #J-18808-Ljbffr
