Personal Lines Account Manager

About the Role An independent insurance agency in Orlando with a growing personal lines practice has an immediate hiring need for a Personal Lines Account Manager to assist with high-net-worth accounts. In this role you help coordinate service deliverables, assist with obtaining and reviewing coverage/quotes, and ensure clients have questions about their insurance policies addressed in a timely fashion. Duties & Responsibilities Complete and submit applications to insurance company underwriters or use online rating platforms to obtain home, auto, and umbrella quotes Gather information to help the service team manage expiration dates and plan for client renewals Resolve issues related to billing, coverage changes, auto ID cards, and more Skills & Experience At least two (2) years of personal lines insurance industry customer service related experience Strong computer skills—Microsoft Word, Excel, and online computer rating systems from carriers Active state insurance license #J-18808-Ljbffr
