Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This position plays a key role in supporting the visual communication of our brand across YouTube, social media, marketing, events, and more. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a solid understanding of visual design principles, and the ability to work well within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design high-quality creative assets across digital and print channels

Create assets for paid and organic social campaigns across multiple platforms

Design print collateral needed for conferences, events, and marketing initiatives, including signage, presentations, workbooks, branded materials, and other event assets

Manage vendor relationships and oversee print production from quote to delivery, ensuring materials meet brand standards, production specs, timelines, and event deadlines

Create web and landing page visuals that align with brand and campaign goals

Collaborate with animators/editors to create support video graphics for shows and events.

Produce branded creative for YouTube, podcast, and other digital platforms

Staying up to date on design trends to maintain and evolve visual consistency across all touchpoints

Manage multiple projects at once while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail

Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred

Experience: 3-5 years of design experience in-house, at an agency, or in a freelance capacity

Technical and Behavioral Skills

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital and print work

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop, InDesign, & Illustrator

Experience with layout design, typography, and production-ready file preparation

Experience preparing print-ready files and partnering directly with print vendors to ensure accurate, high-quality production for event and conference materials

Ability to design within established brand guidelines while also contributing fresh ideas

Strong attention to detail and understanding of brand consistency

Strong understanding of marketing design best practices across social, web, email, and print

Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

Strong communication and collaboration skills with an ability to take feedback constructively

A proactive, “get it done” attitude with a willingness to learn and grow

Passion for helping small business owners and being part of a mission-driven company

Bonus Skills

Hi-end photo retouching and compositing experience.

Experience with Figma, Canva, or basic web design tools

Motion design, or light illustration skills

Understanding of YouTube Creator Studio analytics

Work Schedule & Location
8 hour shift, Monday - Friday, Full-time, in-office in Franklin, TN

$65,000 - $75,000 a year
