Job Overview
D1 Spring Hill is seeking a highly motivated and creative Sales Recruiter / Social Media Manager to drive lead generation, build brand awareness, and recruit new clients through strategic outreach and digital content. This role blends sales, recruiting, and marketing, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, people‑focused environment.

Must be a self‑motivated, team‑oriented person with a passion for sports/fitness. Sales and social media experience are preferable, but not mandatory. This opening is part‑time, approx. 30‑40 hours per week. Must be able to work mornings and evenings, as well as weekends.

Must be resilient and not allow emotions to impact their sales ability & energy.

Must be self‑less and willing to set appointments for other sales staff for the greater good of the organization.

Must be a high‑energy person who shows up consistent every single day.

Must be a self‑starter who is willing to outwork other sales people in the market.

Must be curious and ask questions.

Must genuinely care about prospects and feel comfortable leading them to make the right decision about their health and wellness.

Must not be afraid to pick up the phone and make phone calls all‑day to fresh leads who have not yet been to the D1 facility.

Must have conviction and belief in the services he/she is selling to the prospect.

Must be a coachable person who is ready to show up at their best week in and week out.

Must be relentless.

Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, tools, and analytics.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.

Knowledge of graphic design and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, etc.).

Compensation: $12.00 - $25.00 per hour
