E&K Contractors is a Toledo-based construction company that has been serving Northwest Ohio since 1978. We’ve built a strong reputation over 45+ years, and we’re now looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to help us grow our digital presence and keep that momentum going.

This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role for someone who knows how to drive real results — more qualified leads, more inbound calls, and stronger brand visibility across the channels that matter. You’ll own our digital marketing strategy end‑to‑end, with the support of outside vendors and agencies, and work closely with company leadership to make sure marketing is moving the business forward.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase qualified leads, inbound calls, and overall brand visibility for E&K Contractors

Manage and optimize SEO efforts, including keyword research, on‑page optimization, content recommendations, and local search performance

Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and social media platforms

Monitor and improve website content, user experience, and conversion opportunities to support lead generation

Create and manage social media content that supports brand awareness and business goals

Develop email, text, and other digital campaigns to improve engagement and drive customer action

Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics and other marketing tools

Collaborate with leadership and coordinate with external vendors and agencies to keep efforts aligned and effective

Stay current on SEO, paid media, and digital marketing best practices to keep our strategy sharp and competitive

Qualifications

3+ years of hands‑on digital marketing experience across multiple channels

Proven experience with SEO, paid advertising, website management, social media, and performance reporting

Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO tools

Experience with content management systems such as WordPress

Ability to interpret data, spot opportunities, and make decisions that improve results

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience with marketing automation platforms and digital content creation a plus

Background in construction, contracting, home services, or other service‑based industries a plus
