We are hiring a Commercial Account Manager to build relationships and drive growth across key commercial markets.
The Role
You will own your territory and become the go-to partner clients rely on when disaster strikes.
You’ll build relationships with key decision makers across both public and private sectors, including:
Property Management and Ownership Groups
Healthcare, Education, and Government
Hospitality, Retail, and Corporate Real Estate
Multifamily and Senior Living
This is a field focused, high-energy role where success comes from consistent prospecting, relationship building, and strong market presence.
What You’ll Do
Hunt for new business and grow strategic accounts through cold outreach and networking
Build long-term client relationships and expand market share
Represent BMS CAT at meetings, walkthroughs, and industry events
Partner with operations to deliver an exceptional client experience
What We’re Looking For
Strong communicator with a relationship first mindset
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Experience in business development or account management preferred
Restoration, construction, or commercial services experience is a plus
Compensation
Base salary plus uncapped incentives ($70K–$170K+ total potential)
A vehicle allowance, fuel card, and toll tag
Medical, dental, and vision insurance options
