Field Marketing agent plays a crucial role in field outreach and engagement for local lead generation. This role involves engaging with people through door-to-door canvassing to generate leads, provide information about window replacement options and secure appointments for consultations.

Key Responsibilities

Door-to-Door Canvassing: Conduct face-to-face outreach by knocking on doors in residential areas to identify potential customers interested in window replacement services.

Lead Generation: Generate leads through neighborhood canvassing and referrals to build a pipeline of potential customers.

Product Knowledge: Acquire in dept knowledge of Pella’s window replacement products, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with potential customers.

Consultative Selling: Engage with customers in a consultative manner, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing relevant information to encourage them to consider window replacement.

Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for free in-home consultations with qualified leads, ensuring all necessary information is collected for the sales team.

Script Memorization: Memorize scripts and learn about our product lines so that you can confidently answer questions and rebuttal excuses.

Qualifications & Skills

Sales Skills: Proven experience in sales, with strong persuasion and negotiation skills to schedule appointments effectively.

Customer Focused: Ability to understand and address customer needs, providing excellent customer service throughout.

Communication Skills: Excellent Verbal communication skills and the ability to articulate our message clearly and persuasively.

Interpersonal Skills: Comfortable approaching homes and engaging with a diverse range of individuals in various settings.

Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude. Resilience is crucial for this role.

Time Management: Efficiently manage time to meet daily lead generation goals.

Ethical Conduct: Maintain high ethical standards and integrity in representing the company and its goals.

Must be 18+ with a valid drivers license and auto insurance.
