ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS
Forecasting/Budgeting (40%)
Ensures proper and timely financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting:
Support the preparation of monthly forecasts and annual budgets for Sales & Marketing, including variance analysis for leadership
Drive the preparation and consolidation of Local Marketing and Sales forecasts and budgets
Maintain and enhance D365 forecasting and budgeting templates
Maintain long‑term forecasts by program and site
Partner with Finance to ensure accuracy and consistency of Sales & Marketing reporting in D365
Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual budget‑to‑actual analysis
Identify opportunities to improve financial performance, reduce costs, and increase profitability
Analyze production performance relative to budget and provide insights to support compensation and performance strategies
Support special projects and initiatives as assigned
Financial and Analytical Analysis (40%)
Responsible for the delivery of Sales & Marketing financial and business performance analysis:
Deliver standard and ad hoc financial and operational analysis for Sales & Marketing leadership
Lead and coordinate business processes and projects; establish priorities and track progress against objectives
Evaluate business requests, identify risks and opportunities, and develop data‑driven recommendations
Develop staffing models based on historical trends and forecast expectations
Perform compensation analyses to assess short- and long‑term financial impacts
Recommend enhancements to compensation structures based on performance and cost considerations
Develop and maintain reporting models and performance metrics for production‑based teams
Investigate and resolve variances between actual results and expectations
Organize and manage data to support accurate and timely analysis.
Business Partnership and Cross-Functional Support to Sales and Marketing Teams (20%)
Coordinate and provide day‑to‑day direction to a small administrative support team responsible for operational tasks supporting the Sales and Local Marketing departments, ensuring smooth logistical execution aligned with sales operations.
Develop collaborative relationships with fellow employees and business partners.
Provide insights and analytical support to Sales & Marketing Vice Presidents and Corporate Leadership
Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences
Identify business issues, evaluate alternatives, and recommend solutions
Support process improvements and change initiatives across Sales & Marketing
Operate effectively across teams with varying priorities, perspectives, and working styles.
Actively identifies new areas for learning; regularly creates and takes advantage of learning opportunities; uses newly gained knowledge and skill on the job and learns through their application
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor of Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration Degree
Minimum of five years of financial and business analysis experience.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes without direct authority
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
Highly organized with strong planning and execution capabilities
Self‑directed with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Proficiency in financial systems and data tools (experience with D365 and Power BI preferred).

WORK SCHEDULE/HOURS
Schedule is a typical work week Monday through Friday; however, work week will fluctuate based upon deadlines. Incumbent must be flexible as needed for business operations.
