The Opportunity

We are looking for a driven, people‑first Sales Performance Leader to oversee our Saginaw market. This position begins in our Sales Leadership Development Program — an immersive field training experience designed to develop leaders who can grow people, performance, and culture.

You Will

• Master our proven one‑call close sales process
• Learn BathWorks’ leadership selling methodology
• Demonstrate your ability to perform in the field before moving into full leadership responsibility

What You’ll Do

• Lead by example through field performance and certified sales training
• Coach and develop Design Consultants to meet and exceed key performance indicators
• Drive accountability, preparation, and continuous improvement across your team
• Collaborate with Sales Operations, Marketing, and Customer Care to improve alignment and results
• Execute company initiatives that elevate customer experience and team growth

What You Bring

• 3+ years of proven sales management or leadership experience (home improvement or direct sales preferred)
• Strong ability to coach, motivate, and hold teams accountable
• Passion for growth, personal development, and leading by example
• Comfortable working full‑time, in‑person, and in the field (Monday–Saturday)
• Resides within driving distance of the Saginaw office

Compensation & Benefits

• Target earnings: approximately $189,000 (base + performance bonus)
