At Change Please Coffee LLC, we’re using coffee to brew up a better future. As a multi-award-winning social enterprise, our mission is simple but bold: to end homelessness. We do this by training individuals experiencing homelessness to become expert baristas, providing employment at a living wage, and supporting them with housing, therapy, and financial planning. The Role

This is an exciting and impactful leadership opportunity to shape our growth and social impact across the New York region. As the Regional Vice President of Sales, you will lead all B2B and B2C sales efforts—including retail, wholesale, and corporate partnerships—within the New York area. You’ll drive commercial success while building meaningful relationships that align with our mission to end homelessness.

You’ll report directly to the US leadership team and play a critical role in expanding our footprint across the region.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the New York area, covering retail, wholesale, and corporate channels.
  • Build scalable sales systems and pipelines to support strong regional growth.
  • Set and exceed regional sales targets and KPIs.

New Business Development

  • Proactively identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across industries such as hospitality, office catering, grocery, foodservice, and more within the region.
  • Represent Change Please Coffee LLC at local industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Partner with marketing to develop customized campaigns and proposals tailored to local audiences.

Team Building and Leadership

  • Be the regional lead for all things Change Please Coffee LLC in New York
  • Mentor and support local staff and partners to deliver on strategic accounts.
  • Foster a sales culture grounded in purpose, performance, and community pride.

Partnership Management

  • Build and manage strong, long-term relationships with key customers and partners in the New York area.
  • Lead negotiations, contracts, and onboarding for major regional accounts.
  • Serve as a trusted local advisor helping clients incorporate social impact into their procurement and supply chain.

Key Skills and Attributes

  • You’re a regional sales expert – with at least 5 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales, preferably within food & beverage, hospitality, or social enterprise.
  • You’re a builder – excited to grow local markets and shape a regional strategy from the ground up.
  • You’re mission-driven – passionate about using business as a force for good.
  • You’re adaptable – a self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, purpose-led environment.
  • You lead with empathy and edge – inspiring performance while living our values.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of exceeding regional sales targets and driving market growth.
  • Experience managing long sales cycles and enterprise or multi-location accounts.
  • Skilled in CRM systems, sales reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Passion for social enterprise, homelessness, or social justice is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
  • Based in or around the New York metropolitan area.
