Director of Governmental Reporting
Our client is looking to hire a Director of Governmental Reporting . This is an opportunity to lead a skilled finance team within a highly respected and stable organization known for its strong culture and long-term employee retention.
About the Role
The Director will oversee all financial and governmental reporting functions, including:
- Federal and state tax and charity reporting
- CMS/HHS compliance and submissions
- Monthly net revenue and A/R valuation
What We’re Looking For
- Strong background in Medicare/Medicaid cost reporting and CMS reimbursement rules
- Healthcare finance operations experience (large hospital or health system preferred)
- Big 4 or public accounting background with healthcare clients
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Master’s preferred)
- Proven leadership and team management skills
