Role Description
As a Team Member for Abdelkhalek Insurance Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Responsibilities

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  

Qualifications

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
  

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

• Our office is located in 4307 Valley Ave. Ste. C. Pleasanton CA and 146 E. Iowa Ave. Sunnyvale CA..
• I have been a State Farm agent since 2011.
• Additional languages spoken: Spanish and Punjabi
