The Role
This is a front-line capital raising seat, not a back-office support role. The Capital Markets Associate will be primarily responsible for sourcing and developing new investor relationships with a focus on Mandarin-speaking high-net-worth individuals domestically, as well as family offices, registered investment advisors, and independent broker-dealers. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who has a track record of independently originating investor relationships and thrives in an environment with autonomy and accountability rather than heavy oversight.

Travel moderately (1025%) to attend investor meetings, conferences, and industry events as needed
Collaborate with the Managing Director of IR on fundraising strategy, market feedback, and pipeline prioritization
