Our ideal candidate is extremely well organized and isnt the type to hesitate to track down whatever they need. What We Are Looking For: 13 years in mortgage processing, banking, underwriting support, or similar Experience with the following loan types: Conventional FHA, VA, and USDA Non-QM Refinances and purchases What we want you to do: Collect and verify borrower documentation Review loan files for completeness and accuracy Submit files to underwriting Communicate conditions and gather missing info Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations Track loan progress and meet closing deadlines What we offer: Extremely competitive pay Per file bonuses (the busier we are, the more you make!)
