Receives inbound customer calls and e-mails, responds to customer contract related questions (i.e. term, price, etc.) and works with Billing/ Order Administration to resolve concerns. Troubleshoots service-related issues and creates service calls as Customer Service, Customer, Representative, Manufacturing, Retail
