Trade Reconciliation & Compliance Analyst

About the role: We're looking for a Trade Reconciliation & Compliance Analyst on behalf of our client. This is a 6-months contract assignment (W-2). You will support trade reconciliation and SOX compliance operations across natural gas, power, renewables, and capital management desks at one of the largest energy companies. You will be the administer of SOX compliance workflows for contracts and amendments. Location: Juno Beach, FL 33408 Key Responsibilities:
Capture trades into SOX Application and execute the end-of-day recaps and reports. Verify positions, monitors daily Value at Risk and other risk related measures. Reconcile broker and other external statements associated with transaction. Provide management with daily Profit and Loss and pricing information. Handle Electronic Funds Sources and other clearing transactions. Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to support small to medium special projects. Help with process design and modification for continuous business improvement. Support the development and execution as need for the trade capture platform in close collaboration with IT Team. Qualifications:
Bachelors preferably Accounting Major Ad-hoc reports development using SQL & Power BI Excel based ad-hoc reports development and automate them using macro as needed Must be able to balance analysis with clear communication and problem solving ideas Must be able to communicate the proposed solutions to management.
