Sales Recruiter (High-Volume & Rapid Growth)
Location: Phoenix, AZ, hybrid position
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-5 Salary + Bonus

* Aggressive Screening &Sourcing: Identify and engage sales talent * High-Volume Screening: Conduct 15-20 daily phone screens focused on grit and fit * Talent Advising: Partner with Sales Managers on hiring strategy * Candidate Experience: Deliver a strong, consistent brand experience
What We're Looking For
* The Sales Mindset: Persistent, persuasive, and objection-savvy * Velocity: Experience in high-volume recruiting is a plus but we also welcome candidates who connect easily with others and possess excellent communication skills * Tech Savvy: Comfortable with ATS and sourcing tools * Grit & Energy: A \"whatever-it-takes\" approach to hitting goals
