Customer Service Representative
Location: Hamilton, Ohio Pay: $19$21 per hour Employment Type: Contract to hire Shift: 1st shift Recruiting Partner: LHH Recruitment Solutions on behalf of our client LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with our client in Hamilton, Ohio to identify a Customer Service Representative with strong ERP and Oracle experience. This role is ideal for someone who excels at maintaining customer relationships, building rapport, and providing high-quality service in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and clients via phone and email Maintain and strengthen customer and client relationships through professional communication and follow-up Enter, update, and manage customer information accurately within ERP and Oracle systems Process orders, resolve issues, and respond to inquiries in a timely and courteous manner Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and expectations are exceeded Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention Qualifications
Prior customer service experience in an office or professional environment Hands-on experience using ERP systems and Oracle Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to establish trust and rapport Excellent verbal and written communication skills High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced setting Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
