Temp Data Entry Specialist
Work Type: Full time, onsite, 6 month contract Compensation: $18-20/hr Responsibilities Audit and clean existing database records by identifying and resolving duplicates, outdated information, and formatting issues Perform high-volume, accurate data entry from multiple sources into primary systems Manage and update records within a CRM, including job assignments and project status updates Cross-reference databases, trackers, and spreadsheets to ensure data accuracy and consistency Maintain data integrity to support smooth operational workflows and reporting Qualifications Prior experience working in a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, Bullhorn, HubSpot, or similar) Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and correct data errors Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including sorting, filtering, and basic data organization Ability to handle repetitive, high-volume tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy Clear and professional communication skills for reporting progress and escalating data issues Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour Search managed by: Haley Bosco Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
