Insight Global's Veteran's benefits/disability client in Nashville, TN, is looking to add a team of Intake Specialists to their growing staff in a remote role. Candidates for this position will be able to sit within a three hour radius of either Nashville, TN, or Tampa, FL. Responsibilities include achieving sales KPIs, making 100+ outbound calls per day to warm leads, inputting candidate data/documentation into CRM, personal information, medical information, transferring client to elevated sales specialist, and communicating with veterans compassionately and effectively.
