We are seeking a Market Development Representative (MDR) to join our dynamic team in New Orleans. The MDR will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying prospects, nurturing relationships, and supporting the sales team in driving growth. This role is ideal for an ambitious professional eager to make an impact in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. Responsibilities Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, outreach, and networking. Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and meetings to engage with prospective clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers and partners. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop lead-generation strategies. Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress using CRM tools. Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry insights to support business growth. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred. 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles (entry-level candidates with strong motivation will be considered). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a collaborative environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
