The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing an established service department that is already generating significant revenue. This role is pivotal in scaling and developing a high-caliber, high-performing service division that handles small projects ranging from $10k to $1 million. Key responsibilities include owning the P&L, sales and marketing, project management, client management, staff management, and strategic planning for continued growth.
To be considered for this position, candidates must have a background in the high-end residential sector, with a focus on single-family and ultra-high-net-worth clients. Essential qualifications include management experience with internal staff, P&L management on business units over $10 million or on major projects, and some exposure to client or business development. The role also requires strategic management skills and experience in simultaneously managing a large portfolio of projects of various sizes for a variety of clients. The ideal candidate will be a leader with the ability to empower and drive the success of the service division.
