About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of eCommerce with a strong background in scaling high-growth consumer brands, particularly in the beauty or related industries. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the DTC business, including P&L accountability, overall strategy, and full-funnel performance. This role requires a strategic and hands-on leader who can define the vision and execute across channels, managing budgets, optimizing creative, and improving forecasting accuracy. Key responsibilities include overseeing retention and lifecycle marketing, building acquisition strategies, driving conversion rate optimization, and developing channel and merchandising strategies. The VP will also be expected to collaborate with creative and product teams, leverage data and insights for broader channel strategies, and identify new growth opportunities.
Applicants for the VP of eCommerce position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of relevant experience, with a proven track record of owning Amazon business performance end-to-end. Deep expertise in DTC, including CRO, retention/lifecycle marketing, and funnel optimization, is essential. Experience with TikTok Shop is a plus.
