Key responsibilities for the Managing Director include leading the business with a focus on growth, profitability, and strategic direction, managing customer relationships, overseeing the full value chain, and driving product development initiatives. The role requires a mature, self-sufficient individual who is comfortable in a lean structure and can operate with a high degree of independence.
