Position Overview

STRO is seeking to hire a Marketing Associate to support leasing and branding efforts across the portfolio. The Marketing Associate will report directly to the Director of Leasing and will work closely with ownership, leasing, and property management teams.


This is a hands-on, junior-level role offering direct exposure to leasing strategy, broker relationships, and real-time deal activity. The position will also involve periodic travel to properties for site visits and inspections.


Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all marketing materials including leasing brochures, property signage, STRO corporate videos, etc. are accurate, competitive, and aligned with company branding
  • Maintain and update company and property websites with current availability and information
  • Manage and monitor listings across platforms including CoStar and LoopNet
  • Assist and prepare press releases, journal ads, announcements and general public relations efforts
  • Support the Director of Leasing in positioning assets
  • Assist in broker open houses/event planning for marketing purposes
  • Assist with walking vacant spaces and evaluating presentation and leasing readiness
  • Coordinate property photos, updates, and marketing content


Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience (real estate exposure preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with CoStar, LoopNet, or similar listing platforms
