This is a client-facing, consultative sales role where you’ll meet homeowners, understand their vision, and guide them through a structured design-build process. What You’ll Do

  • Conduct in-home consultations with qualified homeowners
  • Build rapport and establish trust through a consultative sales approach
  • Gather accurate project details for internal estimating
  • Develop and present tailored remodeling solutions
  • Guide clients through the design-build process from concept to contract
  • Schedule and lead follow-up meetings
  • Close deals by securing signed design agreements
  • Collaborate with estimating and design teams
  • Maintain a consistent and organized sales pipeline
  • Support referrals and repeat business opportunities


What We’re Looking For

Core Qualifications

  • 3+ years of full-time sales experience in a closing-focused role
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to understand construction concepts, materials, and processes
  • Valid driver’s license

Preferred Experience

  • Residential construction or remodeling sales
  • Experience in roofing, kitchens and baths, windows, siding, or related industries
  • Exposure to residential or interior design

Technical Skills

  • Ability to learn CRM and sales tools (Buildertrend experience is a plus)


Compensation & Earnings

On-Target Earnings: $75K – $250K+ (uncapped)

Ramp Period (First 3 Months):

  • $1,500 per week base pay plus commissions

After 90 Days:

  • 100% commission-based
  • Commissions range from 4% to 7% per project, depending on product type

First-Year Expectation:

  • Approximately $1.5M in closed sales for a successful representative

This structure is designed to reward performance quickly and allow top performers to scale their earnings.
