Director of Finance

Pay: $105,000–$130,000 per year

We are seeking an experienced and forward?thinking Director of Finance to lead the financial strategy and support long?term organizational growth. The Director of Finance will oversee all financial operations, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, risk management, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong technical expertise and the ability to guide organizational decision?making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy, long?term planning, and forecasting.
• Oversee corporate accounting and ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, IAS, and other standards.
• Manage cash flow, budgeting, cost controls, and treasury functions.
• Direct financial analysis, modeling, P&L management, and revenue cycle oversight.
• Support M&A activities, including due diligence and integration.
• Deliver accurate financial reporting for leadership and regulatory bodies.
• Identify growth opportunities through market and financial analysis.
• Lead and develop a high?performing finance team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of accounting experience (required); prior Director of Finance or senior finance leadership experience preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of financial regulations, standards, and risk management.
• Experience with ASC 606, SOX, COSO, and corporate finance activities.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Spanish language skills a plus.
